Teachers

All Good Shepherd teachers have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education and continue to take professional development courses each year. One of the strengths of our program is our well educated experienced staff that has been with us for over 10 years. Your child will benefit from our teachers’ expertise, their excellent classroom management skills, and their loving and kind attention.

Mission

Our mission is to provide an exceptional program for children in which they may learn and grow physically, socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually within a safe and loving environment.

Philosophy

We believe that children learn best in a creative play-based learning environment. We provide a curriculum which engages and challenges children to express their individuality and creativity. Children are given time to think, explore and investigate the world around them. Our goal is to have children develop confidence in their own abilities and ideas, and to cultivate a love of learning. When children leave our school for kindergarten, we want them to have a solid foundation of skills, a strong belief in themselves and their abilities, and empathy and understanding for others.

Nut-Free School

We are a nut-free school and take special care to protect children who have allergies to nuts or other foods and substances.

Admission

If you are interested in one of our classes, please call or email to arrange a visit.  We will be happy to provide you with information about our program.  You are welcome to observe a class in action.  Please feel free to bring your child with you.  We look forward to meeting you!
