Infants and Toddlers Program for Harford County

Provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) who may have developmental delays or disabilities. Provides evaluation and services in audiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and special instruction. Services are provided at no cost to Harford County children.
